In South Africa Vodacom has increased both data and SMS on its current mobile plans. T-Mobile in the USA has announced that the BlackBerry Q10 will launch in June. In Poland Plus is offering new Internet CDMA plans aimed at customers without access to a fixed broadband network. These are just some of the stories we bring you in this Tariff Outlook.
