OECD Fixed Broadband Price Benchmarking Q4 2018:

The latest update for the OECD Fixed Broadband Price Benchmarking service is now available for download, and includes 2,562 standalone and bundled broadband plans from 131 providers across 41 countries.

Based on a minimum speed requirement of 100 Mb/s and a download allowance of at least 120 GB per month, for residential users only, Digi in Hungary is the cheapest provider, with its Diginet 100 service costing just over USD PPP 14 per month. Digi Romania, and DNA Welho Finland are only slightly more expensive, at USD PPP 16.36 and USD PPP 16.50 per month respectively. At the upper end, Cyprus has the most expensive offer, at USD PPP 163 for CYTAnet’s Internet Home 160 Mbps service, followed by Claro in Colombia, where the 100 Megas service costs USD PPP 128 per month.
