Challenges in monetising consumer 5G services remains the elephant in the room for operators. This report outlines the role of content services in encouraging 5G service adoption, raising ARPU, and reducing churn. The report also provides case-studies and examples of some of the more advanced efforts in providing immersive content and services, including AR/VR and cloud gaming, from service providers including Bouygues, China Mobile, Deutsche Telekom, LGU+, Orange, SK Telecom, and SFR.
