in Q2 2020, TikTok for the first time is the largest consumer of smartphone data traffic in the US. During Tiktok users generated 19 GB of monthly use for its users on average in  Q2.

Q2 2020 witnessed continued growth in data traffic both quarter over quarter (QoQ) and Year over Year (YoY) in the U.S. An increase in Wi-Fi traffic and a decrease in cellular use was observed as many consumers connected to Wi-Fi while at home during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
