Key changes have taken place at the category level where tools, native voice calls, and social media, are down significantly when comparing Q4 2017 with Q4 2018. In fact, 13 categories experienced some down trends in overall monthly time spent, while three categories, including Entertainment, Books & Reference, and Transportation experienced increases overall.
