Digital Television in the US finds itself at a crossroads. Over the past year and a half, a sour economy and the growing prevalence of Over-the-Top (OTT) distribution have placed significant pressure on pay television Service Providers. This report identifies and measures key customer satisfaction metrics for Service Providers, analyzes customer willingness to churn, and examines the role of the bundle in mitigating churn.

The report measures the responses of 856 US-resident Digital Television subscribers, and provides platform-level analysis (including Cable, Satellite and TelcoTV / IPTV), as well as prescriptive guidance to Service Providers.
