After nipping at Netflix's heels for the past several quarter, Disney finally over took it in Q3 2022 to become the largest SVOD provider. Across Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+, Disney had 235.70M subscribers. In comparison, Netflix had 223.05M subscribers. Globally, SVOD services tracked added 37.87M subscribers in Q3 2022, reaching 1,220.13B. Leading the way was Disney+ with 12.10M net adds, YouTube Premium/Music (6.00M), and Amazon Prime Video (4.17). Combined these three services accounted for nearly 45% of net adds in Q3 2022.
