This database tracks the quarterly performance of 31 pay TV providers in North America for the Q1 2016 to Q1 2021 time period and includes number of subscribers by operator, net adds, quarterly revenue by operator, and monthly video ARPU.
After breaking a string of eight consecutive quarters of losses in Q3 2020, North American pay TV providers once again saw subscribers fall in Q1 2021, losing 2.30M subscribers, bringing the total number of pay TV households in the U.S. to 82.10M. Overall, pay TV services lost nearly 3.94M subscribers over the past four quarters.
