Report Summary:

The consumer electronics market may be set to recover if our latest survey is anything to go by. Intentions to buy TVs, Blu-ray disc players and connected TV players have increased strongly since Q4 2012. Respondents in the US are the most positive but Europe has also seen improvements, with the notable exception of Italy. Intention to buy TVs is at a three-year high in both the US and Germany. This Bulletin presents purchase intention data for TVs, HDTVs, smart/connected TVs, blu-ray disc players, connected TV players, Apple TV and other devices across the US and EU4 (Fra, Ger, Ita, UK).
