Samsung Customer Profile Identifying Cross-marketing Opportunities

Report Summary:

Households with at least one Samsung device now comprise 40% of all households across the US and Europe. However most Samsung households own only one Samsung product. Owners of Samsung TVs are much less likely to buy a Samsung phone than existing Samsung phone owners, and in fact are just as likely to buy an Apple iPhone, suggesting that Samsung has an opportunity to benefit from increased cross-marketing activities. This Bulletin presents selected survey findings related to users of Samsung TVs, PCs and mobile phones.
