Compared to France the multiplay service market in Germany is much less mature, with only 30% of our sample taking three or more services from one provider. The market leader is Deutsche Telekom, and while DT’s multiplay customers are less focused on emerging technologies like smartphones, they demonstrate higher satisfaction levels with their television service provider.
