Assessing Nokia's Brand Loyalty

Report Summary:

Nokia has confirmed its plans to re-enter the smartphone business during 2016. Unsurprisingly it faces a challenge given the declining numbers of owners of Nokia devices and the weakening demographic profile of the brand’s customer base over recent years. Our survey analysis suggests that there is still scope for building on residual brand awareness and loyalty, particularly with existing Nokia owners. This Bulletin presents data on Nokia phone owners and intended buyers sourced from our regular surveys of  6000 households across the US and Europe.
