At CTIA Super Mobility Week 2014, Ericsson and SAP announced a partnership to enable enterprise mobility using SAP's SaaS solution, Ericsson's global service infrastructure, and the country level resources of mobile operators. The two companies will offer SAP's Mobile Secure suite through Ericsson’s global datacenters as an enterprise mobility management (EMM) offering. These mobility capabilities will be offered to customers in partnership with the mobile operators. Strategy Analytics believes that the partnership proves the commitment of both vendors to their expansion markets and constitutes a significant new services option for mobile operators.
