The global B2B tablet shipments fell 8.2% year on year in Q4 2022. The overall B2B tablet market proved to be resilient in Q4, posting shipment growth of 21.7% from Q3. Overall, BYOD declined 7% and Corporate-Liable tablets also down 11% from the same quarter last year. Apple and Samsung continued to be the main drivers for the B2B tablet market. Educational deployments and hybrid work are expected to become a mainstay driving additional volumes. With 5G, devices OEMs are embarking on a new era of connectivity in the tablet market that could spawn more change. The interest in tablets across different industries will drive app developers in the space of collaborative work and video conferencing.
