Worldwide Business smartphone shipments for Q1 2016 fell to 92.2 million units, down 21.0% from the previous quarter and up 0.5% annually from 91.8 million in Q1 2015. The significant decline in business shipments from previous quarter was due to the fact that overall Global smartphone shipments shrunk 3% first time ever and growth is slowing due to market saturation and caution about the future of the world economy. In additional, Q4 2015 registered a very strong quarter for business smartphone, hence a soft first quarter of the year is not a surprise.
