Worldwide B2B tablet shipments posted a decline of 15.6% YoY as demand slowed. Shipments dropped below the pandemic levels as growth has softened and the sales trailed off due to component shortages and other supply challenges. BYOD down 13.2% and Corporate-Liable tablets also dropped 19.6% from the same quarter last year. iOS saw a 16.9% YoY fall in shipments and Android tablets also posted a 10.9% YoY decline in Q1' 22. All regions registered negative growth, especially Central & Eastern Europe down 52% YoY. SA will continue to monitor the crisis closely and provide an assessment of the implications the crisis presents for the B2B Tablet market in mid year quarterly and forecast reports.
