Strategy Analytics consumer insights team analyzed consumer attitudes to reentering retail stores post Covid-19 as part of our survey series in UK, US, Germany. This report is a one time snapshot of consumer sentiment using a representative online panel of 18+ in each country May 21-25, 2020 The full survey focus includes a wide range of topics related to Covid-19 impact on working from home, purchase intentions and delays for a range of products and services. Additionally, we evaluate attitudes to returning to normalcy and assessment of consumers dropping brand or starting to use brands based on how they are handling the pandemic.
