Strategy Analytics predicts global smartphone wholesale revenues will drop -21% YoY in 2020 while the smartphone average selling prices (ASP) will remain flat. A rebound will follow from 2021 onwards, but it will take three or four years to return to pre-COVID-19 level. Japan and South Korea will post the highest smartphone ASPs during the forecast window, while some Africa Middle East countries will generate the lowest ones.
