Apple remained ahead of Samsung and LG, even as shipment volumes for its newest generation of iPhones were off-pace from the previous year. Android gained a few points of share from a year earlier, as Samsung smartphone volumes held steady. Meanwhile, Microsoft remained ahead of BlackBerry as the region's third largest platform.
