Trade-in programs and refurbished mobile devices have important roles in reducing the telecommunication sectors’ contribution to global emissions and enhancing its sustainability. This report presents findings from a survey of 109 mobile phone users in Spain and provides insights on their attitudes towards mobile phone trade-in programs and refurbished devices. The report also compares results to a similar study of US users.
