Identifying Smart Home Customers Consumer Segmentation Analysis - Europe
This report presents results of a latent class segmentation analysis based on responses to a series of attitudinal and behavioral questions asked of consumers in France, Germany, Italy and the UK with the goal of identifying the best prospects for smart home systems and services. It provides a characterization and quantification of likely early smart home adopters, what they are interested in and what they are willing to pay for selected capabilities. Regional differences to consider in marketing campaigns are revealed and discussed.
