2023 CES Smart Home Wrap-up

Report Summary:

CES 2023 demonstrated that in-person events are back despite lingering effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Official CTA estimates put attendance at nearly 120,000 up from about 45,000 in 2022. More than 3,200 exhibitors, including more than 1,000 start-ups displayed an array of products ranging from self-driving technologies to digital health, Web3 and the Metaverse. And, of course, smart home products were prominently featured among exhibits in the 2.2 million square feet of show floor space. This report summarizes what we found to be the most interesting smart home announcements at the show.
