Shipments of Connected TV Devices across the Middle East Africa region grew by 31% in Q2 2021 driven by favorable year over year comparisons for Smart TV and streaming media players. Tizen and WebOS are by far the largest streaming TV platforms in the region, accounting for a combined 44% share of the total installed base of connected TV devices. Android TV and Sony PlayStation are the next largest but account for less than 10% each.
