Report Summary:

This switch analysis looks at the demand for RF switches across more than 30 market segments projected to 2025, and includes estimates for system shipments for the markets as well.

The market for RF switches will grow at about 22 percent a year from 2020 to 2025 driven primarily by cellular terminals.  Front end RF modules will use an increasing proportion of switches in cellular terminals, driven by an increase in 4G &  5G devices with more bands.  Similarly, use of switches will increase in Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi 6 and 6E.

Growth opportunities outside of cellular terminals and Wi-Fi include small cells, automotive radar, and low-rate connectivity.
