After another year of strong growth for RF GaN, with revenue increasing by nearly 40%, Sumitomo Electric Device Innovations (SEDI) remains firmly entrenched as the leading supplier. SEDI is the dominant supplier of RF GaN devices into the wireless infrastructure segment. In second place, Wolfspeed-A Cree Company continues to show strong performance in both commercial and defense segments, along with a rapidly growing foundry business. Qorvo saw strong growth in the defense segment and this places them firmly in third place in terms of revenue. The overall share of the top 3 suppliers dropped, but they still account for roughly 74% of total market share.
