Report Summary:

With increasing costs associated with CASE (Connected, Autonomous, Shared and Electrification), there has been an increase in collaboration and cooperation between auto makers and suppliers, as well as the rationalization of operations, in order to limit cost and raise investment.  Further developments have been made to improve charging infrastructures, as well as the user experience in using electric vehicles.  With the arrival of the Volkswagen ID.3 and new battery cell “gigafactories,” efforts are being made to end the bottleneck in supply and raise economies of scale to make EVs mainstream.
