User Experience Evaluation Toyota Touch & Go
Strategy Analytics conducted a user evaluation with 12 users of the Toyota Touch & Go infotainment system. The Touch & Go provides features for low-end vehicles that have not traditionally been available such as a touchscreen and connected services like Google search. The Touch & Go performs well for simple tasks such as phone dialing, but more complex tasks such as POI and Google search have significant usability issues, particularly with discoverability. The lack of speech recognition and limited phone compatibility severely limits the utility of the text messaging feature.
