Strategy Analytics conducted a UX evaluation of Tesloop. This is a compelling and innovative way of using the Tesla brand to attract ride-sharing consumers through the “wow” factor, while also being more environmentally friendly. However, any mobility service must take great care in aspects of UX which are keys when a user chooses a transport method. While Tesloop has a very “to the point” booking process, transportation to and from the pickup and drop off locations can come off as inconvenient.
