Strategy Analytics conducted a user experience evaluation of the ProPILOT Assist semi-automated driving feature in a 2019 Nissan Leaf. ProPILOT Assist deftly handles the clarity and comfort requirements that many other semi-automated driving systems have struggled to address. But critical problems at one important timepoint dragged the final IVX rating to the lowest score recorded thus far for a semi-automated driving feature.
