Report Summary:

Strategy Analytics conducted a user experience evaluation of Hui, a station-based car-sharing service from Toyota and Servco.  Though station-based car-sharing has inherent disadvantages over other forms of transport, it is uniquely advantageous for Hui’s unique target segment.  The mobile app is required for any-and-all car-related tasks, and though Hui is well-designed for certain points of a car-sharing user’s journey, the reliance on unreliable connectivity protocols remains a blocker in this space.
