Report Summary:

Strategy Analytics conducted UX evaluations of the Autolib’ and BlueIndy car-sharing services, which use Bolloré Bluecars.  The registration, vehicle access, and journey-end experiences are confusing and disjointed.  The in-vehicle navigation experience is well-optimized for short-term car-sharing use cases.  The UX of Bolloré car-sharing services shares similar issues noted in other car-sharing services, and recommendations are provided for improvement.
