Report Summary:

Strategy Analytics conducted a UX benchmark evaluation of the Peugeot e-208 infotainment system and relevant HMI. Though a multimodal interface creates a solid foundation for any in-car infotainment system, and Peugeot clearly took care in designing each individual piece, the resulting system as a whole is flawed in key areas.  One infotainment hub has numerous issues that were surprising to uncover in a 2020 model year vehicle.
