Strategy Analytics conducted a UX benchmark study of the BMW i3 infotainment system. Media, navigation, and communication tasks are evaluated using both the iDrive and BMW’s virtual assistant. The implications of deploying the same system across multiple vehicle classes with varying methods for interaction is key to the overall UX of this system.
