Report Summary:

Strategy Analytics conducted a UX benchmark study of the Renault Scenic.  Naïve users can easily surface key functions for most top in-car tasks in the Renault Scenic, but it is also plainly clear which features were less well-thought-out.  Although the touchscreen interface in the Renault Scenic is remarkably clearly-designed, users remarked that key features could be accessed faster.  The voice recognition system is a major pain point in immediate need of improvement.
