Strategy Analytics conducted a UX benchmark study of the 2018 Cadillac CT6, featuring the latest iteration of Cadillac’s CUE infotainment system. Certain embedded features stood out to first-time users, particularly when accessed using the on-board voice recognition system. Aspects of the system also received high marks for visual appeal. However, one key use case proved quite difficult, which lowered the resulting overall IVX score for usability. And following a pattern we have noted in other benchmarks, consumers are far more intrigued by the mirrored system’s UX.
