Strategy Analytics conducted a UX benchmark study of the 2017 Chevrolet Volt, focusing on the integration of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with the embedded infotainment system. Integration issues were still apparent, particularly around the use of Android Auto speech recognition. However, participants were able to easily switch between Android Auto/CarPlay and the embedded system.
