Report Summary:

In late 2020, Tesla released a significant update to its Autopilot driver assistant feature, deceptively called “Full Self-Driving” (or FSD).  Though Tesla’s liberal use of over-the-air updates has revolutionized the automotive industry, its cavalier approach to AV development, especially with regard to interface design, is putting its owners and all other roadway occupants at risk.
