Strategy Analytics undertook a US internet-based survey to investigate owners’ usage and satisfaction with the major ride-hailing services providers in the US: Lyft and Uber.
Additionally, Strategy Analytics used usage data from AppOptix, a telemetry platform that enables Strategy Analytics to passively observe and monitor users’ mobile device including segmented app usage in real time.
A total of 147 ride-hailing services users in the US were surveyed and passively monitored using AppOptix. This report looks at their usage patterns, their levels of satisfaction with each service, and their expected future usage.
