Strategy Analytics surveyed current and former mobility service users in the US, Western Europe, and China regarding their likelihood of promoting certain services.  Despite some tempered enthusiasm among car owners in Europe, consumer satisfaction is strong and wide-ranging.  Car-sharing users show mixed satisfaction with varied offerings worldwide.  Satisfaction with ride-hailing is strong, but especially so in one particular region.  Factors affecting consumer transport choice are discussed.
