Report Summary:

Strategy Analytics surveyed current and former mobility service users in China, the US, and Western Europe regarding their usage of MaaS, and their likelihood of promoting certain services.  Though usage of novel mobility services remains robust, satisfaction is fair-to-poor, and has weakened remarkably in one particular region.  This indicates a continued disconnect between travelers and the desirable transport UX they want.  The COVID-19 pandemic presents additional challenges in designing and delivering this ideal experience for travelers.
