Strategy Analytics surveyed consumers in the US, Western Europe, and China regarding in-car speech recognition usage and satisfaction, along with in-car touchscreen satisfaction. Daily usage of in-car speech recognition systems has declined in the US and China, while holding relatively steady in Europe.  Consumers’ satisfaction with such systems remains robust, though has declined slightly across many demographics.  Consumers’ satisfaction with in-car touchscreens has also marginally decreased.
