Report Summary:

Strategy Analytics surveyed car owners in China, the US, and Western Europe regarding their satisfaction with ten different aspects of their in-car touchscreens.  After many years of slowly declining satisfaction, this trend shows signs of moderation, though car owners continue to show less satisfaction with the same aspects of their touchscreens. Given the increasing importance of touch-sensitive displays in future cockpits, product planners and designers must take immediate steps to address these long-running complaints.
