Report Summary:

This report presents the findings of Strategy Analytics' User Evaluation of the Chrysler Uconnect infotainment system, conducted in July 2011 in San Diego, CA. Uconnect performed well on almost all tasks, due in large part to easy feature discoverability. However, Uconnect fell short with its voice interface, which was not available for all features, and which used two different keys for voice depending upon the feature used. Sirius Travel Link proved to be a compelling feature for participants who were particularly interested in local weather and fuel price information.
