Chinese Consumers Interests in Connected Services
This report presents the findings of Strategy Analytics’ research on Chinese consumers’ interests in connected services, conducted in February 2012 in Shanghai, China. While in other regions, advanced infotainment systems are generally expected to have the look and feel of smartphones, some consumers in China would prefer a more PC-like experience for connected services. Consumers want simple all-in-one billing, and most prefer it to utilize their smartphone data plan, although there are strong concerns about data limits.
