Report Summary:

Strategy Analytics surveyed consumers in the UK and US to investigate attitudes around current and future usage of cars and mobility services, and how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting those attitudes.  Preferences for remote shopping and service experiences were also explored.  Concerns about safety and cleanliness echo throughout the consumer space, but these concerns manifest differently in owned cars versus shared transport.  And though remote shopping is certainly of interest, not all concepts are equal in consumers' eyes.
