Strategy Analytics surveyed drivers in the United States, Western Europe, and China about their interest in certain use cases for contextual awareness with in-vehicle systems.  Broad interest in systems which learn drivers’ habits is confined to younger age groups and premium vehicle owners.  However, when asked about 2 specific navigation-related use cases for context-aware systems, interest was nearly universal across all regions and demographics.
