Strategy Analytics surveyed owners of cars equipped with specific ADAS features in the US, Western Europe, and China regarding their satisfaction with these features.  Consumers are showing strong and wide-ranging satisfaction, after many years of strong (though fracturing) interest. Pockets of dissatisfaction were found among certain age groups and brand ownership groups.  To ensure continued satisfaction, automakers and suppliers must guard against the fracturing interest in ADAS, and improve the usability and practicality of these features.
