As vehicles adopt more ADAS and autonomous driving features, the number of electronic control units, sensors and wiring required also increases.  Using current vehicle architectures, this will lead to unsustainable levels of complexity, weight, and cost to OEMs.  New vehicle architectures, involving centralized topologies, consolidating domain control and zonal control modules is necessary to support ADAS and autonomous driving solutions.
