Report Summary:

This year’s update is dominated by the short-term impact that the COVID-19 global pandemic is having on the automotive industry.  ADAS has previously been a very high-growth area – but will struggle to see 2% growth in 2020, with much risk on the downside.

Growth will return, however, and ADAS content per vehicle will increase at a CAAGR of 13.0% over 2019 to 2024 in dollar terms.  This is thus where the bulk of the growth will come from – and not from vehicle production increases.
