The GaAs market growth of 2010 continued strongly in the first half of 2011, but then fell to close 2011. Slowing growth, coupled with the tsunami and earthquake in Japan conspired to reduce SI GaAs bulk substrate demand by 4% in 2011. We expect slow growth to return to the market, with revenue reaching $220 million in 2016.
